How does the free trial work?

Seven days with everything unlocked, on your real events. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing; otherwise it rolls into the monthly plan, which you can cancel anytime.

Do I need a subscription for a single event?

No. The Event Pass is a one-time payment of 350 kr for one event with up to 500 guests: guest list, collaborative seating, automated suggestions and floor plans, with a year of access to your event.

Can I import guests from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Drop in a CSV or Excel file and sête maps your columns automatically: names, emails, meal preferences and your own custom fields. Most lists import in under a minute.

Do my guests need an account to RSVP?

Never. Guests open your personalised RSVP link, respond in a couple of taps, and their answers, including dietary needs and plus-ones, flow straight into your guest list. No login, no app to download.

Can my whole team work in sête?
