These terms govern your use of sête, provided by sête Technology AB (org. nr 559584-2658, Sweden). By creating an account you accept them.
sête is an event planning platform. We may update the service, and will give notice of changes that materially reduce it.
You are responsible for your login details and for activity in your account.
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Professional starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start it, and the first payment is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before. Prices are shown on the Billing page and may change with 30 days' notice, effective from your next renewal. Payments for a period that has started are not refunded, unless the law requires it. The one exception is your first payment: if you ask us within 7 days of it, we refund it in full. We also refund in full any payment taken by mistake, and any period you could not use because of a problem on our side.
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. To cancel, go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel plan. We send you an email when the subscription ends.
You own the content you add. For your guests' personal data, you are the controller and sête is the processor under Article 28 of the GDPR. We process it only to provide the service and on your instructions, keep it confidential and secure, and store it in the EU. We use the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy and give 30 days' notice before adding one. We assist you with requests from your guests, notify you of a personal data breach without undue delay, and delete your data when your account is deleted or when an event's retention period ends.
You may not use sête to send spam or unlawful content, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
sête includes AI features. Their output may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it.
The service is provided as is. sête is not liable for indirect loss, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. This does not limit rights you have under mandatory law.
We may update these terms and will give 30 days' notice of material changes.
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Stockholm District Court.
